FUN-raiser at Holy Nativity to support Meadow Lake students: Monday, February 7th from 7:00pm – 8:30pm!
As part of the church’s ongoing partnership with the Meadow Lake Elementary School, a few of the Outreach Committee members volunteered to help with the fall Media Fair last November. But the majority of the students at Meadow Lake could not participate in the fair due to lack of money to buy books.
We want to rectify that, so our committee is hosting a FUN-raiser to provide “gift certificates” to the school for all students to attend the spring Media Sale in March.
This fun evening will include light snacks, a Valentine’s Day-themed activity, and the school media specialist will come talk about the need for everyone to take home a book that they love. Plus, you get a gift bag! Although there is no cost to attend, donations will be accepted in any amount to fund the gift certificates.
