The season of Lent started with Ash Wednesday on March 6th. Worship is at 12:00pm and 7:00pm.
Wednesday soup suppers began on March 6th at 5:30pm and continue through April 10th. (Suggested donation is $3 per person, $10 per family.)
Then join us for five Wednesday evenings beginning March 13th at 7:00pm for our 5-week series, “Finding Grace: The Gospel According to Pixar.” We will explore the themes of several Pixar movies and connect them with our Christian understanding of life and the world. Pixar films touch on deeply human themes such as love, identity, suffering, forgiveness, fear, purpose, and belonging. These themes are central to who we are as followers of Jesus. Each week, we will view short clips from one of the Pixar movies and explore how it connects with the gospel and with our lives together as Christians.
Music will be from the Holden Evening Prayer which was written by Marty Haugen, a liturgical composer, workshop presenter, performing and recording artist, and author from Eagan, Minnesota. Music will be accompanied on piano and guitar.
Join us each week for a soup supper at 5:30pm followed by “Finding Grace: The Gospel According to Pixar” at 7:00pm!
