Holy Nativity does not provide help directly to those in need. Instead, we donate to and partner with area organizations that work with those needing help including the following:
PRISM – PRISM is the place to go for people in Crystal, Golden Valley, New Hope, Plymouth, Robbinsdale, and the surrounding northwestern suburbs of the Twin Cities who need assistance with food, clothing, and housing; and when caring individuals, families, and community partners have extra to give. Holy Nativity is a community partner.
Avenues for Homeless Youth – The mission of Avenues for Homeless Youth is to provide emergency shelter, short-term housing and supportive services for homeless youth in a safe and nurturing environment.
Community Action of Suburban Hennepin (CAPSH) – offers services to individuals through outreach, energy assistance programs, homeownership services, food support, free tax assistance, legal services, employment counseling, and financial counseling.
Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery – Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery works to end child abuse and neglect and create strong, healthy families. The Crisis Nursery supports families in crisis 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through their free, voluntary services. If you are experiencing any type of crisis and you need help: Call 763-591-0100.
